Julien Catonné: Piano

French pianist born in Paris in 1977 into an artistic family. He became interested in the piano at an early age, studying classical piano from the age of 7. At the age of 16 he decided to enter the Bercovitz Music School, with the teacher and composer Marc Bercovitz, to study contemporary harmony and improvisation. From then on, he developed a versatile musical career as a member of several different jazz, blues, chanson française and funk bands.
He has played at music festivals with ‘Les gars dans le coin’ for ten years.
He stayed for 6 years with the company ‘So Cabare’.
She was a member of the big band of Saint Thibault des Vignes, with whom she performed in the show ‘So woman and so fenchy’, touring France and several cities in Europe.
He also teaches jazz piano at the Conservatoire de Saint Thibaut des Vignes.
